Cash Not Dispensed but Account Debited
- This may occur due to a network or system interruption.
- Please report the issue to the bank so the transaction can be verified and the amount refunded if confirmed.
ATM Temporarily Out of Service
- ATMs may be unavailable due to power interruptions, network issues, or cash replenishment.
- Customers are advised to use another ATM or visit the nearest branch.
Card Retained by the ATM
- An ATM may retain a card for security reasons, such as multiple incorrect PIN entries or a system error.
- Please contact customer service or visit the nearest branch for assistance.
Transaction Declined

Receipt Not Printed
